Welcome to primecellmed.com (the "Site"), operated by PrimeCellMed (PrimeCell Regenerative & Aesthetic Medicine) ("PrimeCellMed," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your use of the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and able to enter into these terms. We may update these terms as described in Section 12.

2. No medical advice; no doctor-patient relationship

The content on this Site — including text, graphics, descriptions of conditions and treatments, and other materials — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional diagnosis, examination, or treatment.

Using this Site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. A physician-patient relationship is established only after an in-person or properly conducted evaluation and mutual agreement to provide care. 3. Regenerative & investigational treatments

PrimeCellMed offers regenerative and aesthetic services, which may include regenerative pain management, stem cell–based therapies, exosomes, platelet-rich plasma (PRP), hormone therapy, medical weight loss, neurotoxins, and related treatments.

  • Certain regenerative therapies are considered investigational and are not approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of specific diseases or conditions. Any disclosures required by federal or Florida law are provided in connection with your care.
  • Descriptions of services on this Site are general in nature and do not guarantee any particular result or outcome. Individual results vary, and no treatment is guaranteed to be effective for every patient.
  • Any treatment decision will be made only after an individualized consultation and evaluation, and after you have received and reviewed applicable informed-consent and disclosure materials.

4. Appointments, offers & scheduling

Requesting information, booking an assessment, or scheduling an appointment through the Site (including through our third-party scheduling provider, Prospyrmed) is a request for services and does not by itself create a treatment relationship or guarantee availability. Promotional offers, such as introductory assessment pricing, are subject to eligibility, availability, and any stated conditions, and may be changed or discontinued at any time. Please review our appointment, cancellation, and payment policies provided at the time of scheduling.

5. Acceptable use of the Site

When using the Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms;

The Site may link to or integrate third-party websites and services, such as our scheduling platform, analytics and advertising providers, and social media. The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PrimeCellMed and its owners, providers, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to these terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

We may revise these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above and post the revised terms on this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
