The exact scope is individualized and described in your written agreement. Some clinical services, medications, laboratory testing, imaging, procedures, and third-party care may carry separate charges.

PrimeCell Concierge Medical Services

Is concierge membership health insurance?

No. A membership or direct health care agreement is not health insurance. Members should maintain appropriate health insurance for emergencies, hospital care, specialist services, imaging, prescriptions, and other services not covered by the written agreement.

Does membership include every PrimeCell treatment?

Not automatically. Membership benefits and included services are described in the written agreement. Medications, laboratory testing, imaging, supplies, procedures, regenerative products, aesthetic treatments, and third-party services may require separate evaluation and additional payment.

Will I have 24/7 access to the physician?

Only if that level of access is expressly stated in the selected membership agreement. Communication methods, office hours, response expectations, after-hours limitations, and emergency instructions should be reviewed before enrollment.

Can concierge care replace my primary care physician?

Not unless comprehensive primary care is expressly included within the clinician’s scope and the written agreement. PrimeCell may provide specialty, wellness, or coordinated medical services while recommending that you maintain an established primary care relationship.

Can I use insurance for services outside the membership?

Coverage and billing depend on the service, clinic policy, and your insurance plan. The membership fee itself may not be covered. Patients should review all covered and non-covered services, billing practices, and financial responsibilities before enrollment.

Can I cancel my membership?

The written agreement should explain the membership term, renewal, cancellation notice, refunds when applicable, and any obligations that continue after termination. Review these terms carefully before signing.

Are appointments guaranteed immediately?

No. Priority scheduling may improve access, but timing depends on office hours, availability, clinical urgency, and the type of care requested. Emergencies should always be directed to 911 or the nearest emergency department.

Who decides whether a treatment is appropriate?

Every prescription, procedure, diagnostic test, or regenerative treatment requires an individualized medical assessment. Membership does not override clinical judgment, safety requirements, informed consent, or regulatory limitations.
