Physician-Led Care to Help You Move, Feel, and Look Your Best
Personalized regenerative medicine, pain care, metabolic wellness, hormone support, and refined aesthetic treatments—brought together in one thoughtful, relationship-centered practice.
Every recommendation begins with an individualized medical evaluation. Treatment candidacy, expected benefits, risks, and costs vary by patient.
Advanced Care Should Feel Personal, Clear, and Connected
At PrimeCell Regenerative, care is organized around your health, function, confidence, and goals—not around a predetermined product or one-size-fits-all protocol.
We bring together regenerative and pain medicine, rehabilitation-minded evaluation, medical weight management, hormone care, Korean-inspired skin treatments, neurotoxins, concierge medicine, and high-touch membership services. The result is a more coordinated experience in which each recommendation is considered in the context of the whole person.

Dr. Kenny Chantasi
Board-certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine.
Dr. Chantasi’s background supports a broad view of pain, function, movement, nerve health, rehabilitation, and interventional care. At PrimeCell, this clinical foundation is paired with an individualized approach to wellness and aesthetics.
The goal is not to recommend the most treatment—it is to understand what matters to you, clarify the available options, and build a plan with realistic expectations.
Care Begins With Understanding, Not Assumptions
Whether your priority is pain, weight, hormones, skin, or a combination of concerns, the process begins with a thoughtful evaluation.
Listen
Review your history, symptoms, prior care, preferences, and the activities or outcomes that matter most to you.
Evaluate
Perform an appropriate examination and review testing, imaging, laboratory data, medications, and relevant health factors.
Personalize
Discuss established, rehabilitative, interventional, regenerative, wellness, or aesthetic options that fit the clinical picture.
Progress
Monitor response, adjust the plan, reinforce healthy habits, and keep expectations grounded in measurable goals.
A Modern Medical Experience Without Losing the Human Connection
Physician-Led
Medical decisions are guided by a board-certified physician and an individualized clinical assessment.
Diagnosis Before Treatment
Symptoms can have several causes. We focus on understanding the likely contributors before recommending a pathway.
Integrated Options
Rehabilitation, conventional treatment, regenerative care, metabolic wellness, and aesthetics can be considered together when appropriate.
Clear Expectations
Potential benefits, limitations, risks, alternatives, timelines, and financial responsibilities should be reviewed before treatment.
Concierge Care and Membership—Two Distinct Ways to Personalize Your Experience
Choose the pathway that best reflects the type of relationship and benefits you are seeking. Concierge Care emphasizes ongoing physician access, continuity, and coordinated medical planning. Membership provides separately defined treatment value and service benefits.
Concierge Care and Membership are separate offerings. Features, fees, inclusions, exclusions, communication expectations, and separately billed services are defined in their respective written agreements. Neither option is health insurance or a substitute for emergency care.
Getting Started at PrimeCell
Which service should I book?
Choose the service closest to your main concern. If your needs overlap several areas, book a general consultation and describe your priorities when scheduling. The visit can help clarify the most appropriate next step.
Do I need previous imaging or laboratory results?
Bring or upload any relevant records you already have, including imaging reports, laboratory results, medication lists, procedure notes, and prior treatment information. Additional testing is recommended only when clinically appropriate.
Are regenerative treatments guaranteed to work?
No. Regenerative and orthobiologic procedures cannot responsibly be presented as guaranteed cures. Outcomes depend on the diagnosis, severity, treatment method, rehabilitation, health factors, and individual response.
Does PrimeCell accept insurance?
Coverage and billing vary by service. Many wellness, aesthetic, membership, and regenerative treatments are elective, cash-pay, or considered investigational. Review expected fees and insurance questions with the clinic before treatment.
How are Concierge Care and Membership different?
Concierge Care centers on an ongoing physician relationship with more time, continuity, coordinated planning, and defined communication access. Membership is a separate offering with treatment value and service benefits defined by the selected plan. Each option has its own written terms, fees, inclusions, and exclusions.
What happens during the first consultation?
The visit generally includes a review of your goals, medical history, symptoms, previous care, medications, and relevant testing. The physician may perform an examination, discuss options, and outline any additional information needed before treatment is recommended.
