The Practice
Why patients come here
Most clinics treat the body in pieces. A pain doctor for your back. An endocrinologist for your hormones. A med spa for your skin. Nobody talks to anybody.
Dr. Chantasi trained in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine, which means he starts with function: how you move, how you feel, what's actually causing the problem.
Then he builds one plan, starting with the least invasive option that will work.
Focus Areas
What we do
Regenerative Pain Care
Back, neck, joint, tendon, and nerve pain. Ultrasound-guided evaluation first, so the plan targets the actual source, not the symptom. PRP and cell-based options when you're a candidate; a straight answer when you're not.
Learn more about regenerative pain management →Hormone & Metabolic Health
Energy, sleep, mood, weight. Lab work interpreted by a physician, not a protocol. Hormone therapy and GLP-1 weight management prescribed and monitored personally, adjusted as your labs change.
Learn more about hormone therapy →Aesthetic Medicine
Neurotoxins placed conservatively, and Korean-inspired skin treatments focused on texture and luminosity. The goal is that nobody can tell you had anything done. They just think you look rested.
Learn more about Botox & neurotoxins →Neuropathy Care
Burning, tingling, and numbness in the hands and feet. A workup that looks for the cause before anything else, with options matched to what's actually driving the nerve pain.
Learn more about neuropathy care →Tendon & Ligament Injuries
Tennis elbow, rotator cuff, Achilles, plantar fascia. Ultrasound-guided regenerative options for injuries that haven't responded to rest, therapy, or cortisone.
Learn more about tendon & ligament care →Back & Neck Pain
Persistent spine pain evaluated by a physician double board-certified in PM&R and Pain Medicine — from pinpointing the source of the pain through regenerative and non-surgical options.

Founder & Medical Director
Meet Dr. Kenny Chantasi, DO
"I built PrimeCell because I kept seeing the same patient: someone bounced between specialists for years, holding a stack of imaging, still in pain, still without a plan.
Here, I do the evaluation myself. I order what's needed and skip what isn't. And I tell you honestly when something isn't worth your money."

Questions
Frequently asked questions
What is regenerative medicine?
An umbrella term for procedures intended to repair, restore, or support damaged tissue. Only a narrow category — cord-blood-derived stem cell products for certain blood disorders — is FDA-approved. PRP, mesenchymal stem cell injections, and exosome products used for orthopedic or aesthetic purposes are investigational.
Is stem cell therapy FDA-approved?
Not for orthopedic, pain, or aesthetic uses. Florida law requires physicians offering non-FDA-approved stem cell therapy to disclose that status in writing before the procedure — PrimeCell provides that disclosure to every patient.
Do you accept insurance or offer payment plans?
PrimeCell is a self-pay practice. Regenerative, aesthetic, and membership services are not billed to insurance. Written cost estimates are provided before any procedure, and financing information is available on our Payment Plans page.
Where is PrimeCell located?
