Dr. Chantasi earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree from the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency training at Nassau University Medical Center, where he developed extensive expertise in musculoskeletal care, pain management, and functional restoration.

He has also trained and practiced in highly respected medical environments, including affiliations with Columbia University in New York City and clinical experience at Sanford Health, further strengthening his commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care.
